1. How do I get started with my showcase?

Online Property Showcases begin with professional, digitally edited photographs from Shannon Fontaine Photography. You will be emailed a link to view the photos, and once the final selections are made, the gallery is sent to a web designer, who contacts the client to discuss the overall look of the project. He'll discuss colors, and the overall design of the site with you, after he looks at the photos, and offer any suggestions that he feels are pertinent.

The designer will make a 'demo' front page for you to view, and once the demo is approved, work begins on the rest of the site. Modifications and/or second demos may be requested by the client.

2. Do I need to supply text?

Yes, we'll need an electronic document from you, preferably a Word document or email, with the necessary property information. You can be detailed or brief, it's up to you. You'll also need to supply your contact information.

3. How long does it take to have a showcase finished and on the web?

Generally, showcases are completed in a week, often less. This depends on two things: 1) The current workload, and 2) How quickly you get the necessary content to the designer, and how quickly you respond to the demos sent to you.

4. What happens to the showcase when the property is sold?

We can leave the site up, if you want to continue to use it as a marketing tool, or supply you with a CDR of the site. You may even decide to add it to your personal website, or use it in presentations.

If the site stays up for over a year, a small fee will be billed for domain renewal, and continued hosting.
